So, he packed his bags, headed to Old Dominion University, and returned to Richmond in 2004 to begin his 20-year career as a Social Studies teacher. Along the way, he racked up accolades like Teacher of the Year, the Angelique Clark Servant Leader Award, and a spot on the pilot committee for teaching African American History across Virginia. Oh, and he also co-authored a textbook series called Movement-because why not add "published author" to the resume?
But in 2024, Lynch decided it was time to hang up his lesson plans and explore new adventures.
