There's more to her story.
Nearly 40% of online pornography is consumed by women. Yet for too long, women's stories have been overlooked, misunderstood, or left unheard.
Behind every woman who struggles with pornography or other unwanted sexual behaviors is a story worth understanding. Those behaviors are often forms of sexual coping-not the root problem. They are symptoms of something deeper. Her story may be shaped by unmet emotional needs, attachment wounds, trauma, shame, or distorted beliefs about identity.
Inspired by her own story and informed by the stories of thousands of women, Crystal Renaud Day draws on nearly two decades of ministry, coaching, counseling, and original research to help readers understand the emotional, relational, identity, trauma, and spiritual drivers behind women's sexual struggles.
Integrating insights from psychology, neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and Christian faith, she offers a compassionate, practical guide to lasting healing and wholeness.
