We look at sound healing, embracing the outdoors, the healing power of trees and ask what's your body telling you? Our Wellness in Nature interviews section features amazing stories from Sara Jones and Dr Nicola Macdonald, who share insights into their methods of holistic wellbeing and the power of our connection with nature. Sara and Nicola are also co-authors in our upcoming book Learning Through Pain.
