This is the ninth edition of the Wellness on Time Magazine - the Gut Wellness Edition.
This is a global magazine with a global audience. We have writers from all over the world sharing their knowledge and stories about what they do, where to find support and suggestions of ways to improve wellbeing.
Gut health, is not just about digestion, it's how we process life itself. Our gut influences immunity, mood, hormones, skin, and even heart health. In this issue our feature article showcases the Wellness Revolution - Healing Begins in the Gut.
This edition dives into the power of gut wellness, reminding us that it is not a trend, but a return to something vital and foundational. We explore the gut-brain connection to the emotional healing required for digestive harmony, and you'll find insights on bioenergetics, facial reflexology, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and fermented foods - each offering ways to nourish your 'second brain'.
In our special and insightful interview series, we feature Aimee Sebastian and Candace Coughlan, who share the transformative experiences that inspired their careers as wellness advocates.
This edition also includes deeply personal reflections in our articles - from transitioning from vegan to carnivore, to the toll of obsessive dieting, and how self-love and creative therapy can help us heal from within. We explore emotional wounds, generational trauma, the link between gut and cardiovascular health, and the heart connection in humans and animals.
Aurora Bennett returns with gut-healing herbs, spotlighting the humble yet powerful dandelion. We look at the differences a healthy gut can make to our skin, and how gut wellness can influence everything from scars to spirit. You'll also find book reviews and a calming belly breathing activity to try at home.
Thank you for joining us on this healing journey. Whether you're just beginning to explore gut health or deepening your understanding, we hope this edition brings you knowledge, comfort, and inspiration.
Thank you for being here! We love creating this magazine and trust that you will enjoy everything we've included as much as we do.
