We are constantly barraged with bad news. It's no wonder our hearts feel faint within us! Once we receive negative information and allow it to take root in our hearts, our body begins to react with related physical aches and ailments. If we could make the mind, body, belief connection, we could have a joyful life filled with everything good God has planned for us.
In The Sh*t is For Real, Tracey masterfully lays out with life experience exactly how her physical conditions were like a lit-up Christmas tree of emotions, heartache, unforgiveness, jealousy, etc. She not only shares personal details of her victories in these areas, but the victories of some of the other people who encountered her and her razor-like focused intent on bringing good news into every person's life and situation.
Tracey has tapped into hidden treasure. When you learn about the wisdom she uncovered and shares in this book, you'll shake your head in disbelief, saying, like her, "It was hidden in plain sight all along."
Her book will inspire and uplift you, releasing some "aha moments" in your life as you make the connection necessary to rid yourself of the negative emotions that spill over into bodily dis-ease. It's your time now to live the life you were created to live, full of blessings and good news!
