by David John Sheridan (Author)
This book can help you to change your relationship with food, dieting, exercise and Yo-Yo dieting. It can help you to move beyond dieting and into Positive Lifestyle Management.
When Guru David works with a weight problem, he breaks the weight loss process into three parts. Preparing to diet. Being on the diet. Moving beyond the diet and becoming someone who used to have a problem with their weight.
Guru David also looks at certain Dieting Dynamics and helps you to see how you can get caught out and made to fail; when you think you are doing the right things.
Being a successful dieter isn't about the dieting or weight loss club; its about the person losing weight.
If you have had enough of failure then read Guru David's book and see how The Human Algorithm Approach can help you.
Keep this book with you as you tackle a long term problem with your weight. Whether you are too fat or too thin the information and approach in this book will help you.
