The City extends the argument to its largest scale, arguing that the restaurant owner and the mayor are doing the same work, and that the welcoming cities winning the competition for residents and investment are the ones that govern as hosts.
The All-In Hospitality Framework distills the argument into five pillars: Radical Welcome, Generosity Beyond Expectation, Personal Connection, Community Creation, and Stewardship of Place.
