The Old Testament Apocrypha Story Of Ahikar is a book written by Charles F. Horne. It is a collection of ancient stories that were not included in the traditional Old Testament canon, but were still considered important by early Jewish and Christian communities. The book tells the story of Ahikar, a wise and wealthy court official in ancient Assyria who was falsely accused of treason and banished from the kingdom. Despite his misfortunes, Ahikar remained loyal to his king and continued to serve him in secret, eventually proving his innocence and regaining his position of power. The story is full of moral lessons and offers insights into ancient Near Eastern culture and society.
