As a long-time business coaching team, we know that there are two reasons that the business of "working on your small business" rarely gets done. The first is that you, the entrepreneur, are overwhelmed because you're responsible for everything. Even if you can delegate, you still must check the work and make sure it's done correctly. That takes a toll.
The other half of that equation is when you do get into action to improve your business, you are shown dozens of options. The challenge is that most people who want to sell you a product, or service or system are salespeople. They think that their whizbang deal is great for every business. This causes you to overthink your decisions.
And when you're thrown all these options and supposed opportunities up against your proverbial marketing wall, you overthink which of them to use. That's not productive or sustainable.
We see this every week when we hold our client's hands through that huge maze of decisions. No wonder you are overwhelmed.
In this book, you'll get the help you want. Easy to implement help because at the end of each chapter, we give you an Action Item. What that means for you is that we will give you information and then tell you exactly how to implement that chapter in your small business.
This book is divided into two parts. The first half is mindset related and the second is nuts and bolts. This book is especially for you if you just thought: "Well, I can just jump ahead to the nuts and bolts. It will be faster." Here's what we would tell you if you were a coaching client: Do not jump over the mindset part to work on the nuts and bolts because "I just don't have the time." You overthinkers will need that first part before moving on. You see, what overwhelms you the most are the roadblocks that you put in your own way. (Every one of our coaching clients just began nodding their head and thinking, "Yep-they've gotten rid of some of those roadblocks for me.")
By investing time to answer and implement those action items, you will be developing the basics of your marketing path. We say marketing path not marketing plan because a plan tends to get put on a shelf and becomes shelf help. Your marketing path will change. The best thing about being a small business owner is that you can be more flexible and take more rapid action. And we're here to help.
Our books are not Shelf Help. They are all designed and written to be your sales, marketing, HR, and systems class where you are guaranteed an 'A.' We will think for you, work for you, create for you, figure it all out and hand it to you.
In fact, Here's just a bit more help:
If you would like to schedule time with us directly, you will be given a link in the book to our calendar. It will ask you to answer a few questions so our time together will be most productive, and then it will put you into our calendar. That link is www.HowToGetThereFaster.com.
We also do a lot of webinars that are free. When you want a schedule of those webinars, it is a page on our website which is at www.Yuloff CreativeMarketingSolutions.com, but you can find it even faster at www.YourMarketingAdvisors.com.
We got you.
Let's get started.
