This guide is for anyone on the recovery journey. It is also for therapists, counselors, peer support specialists, life coaches, and professors to use with their own clients and students.
Throughout my 20+ years researching and helping people in recovery, I saw the need to address both addictive patterns and mental health challenges using an integrative, holistic approach. With this integrative approach, we address stuck or addictive patterns and emotional health challenges simultaneously. I've witnessed first hand with my own clients, how this integrative approach is a key to successful and lasting recovery.
This workbook is the product of my research and hands-on work with patients and clients. It is an actionable guide - loaded with tools and activities - for anyone feeling stuck and struggling with addictive behaviors, as well as for the people who want to help them.
