Leslie Kaminoff is the founder and C.E.O. of AKAM Living Services, Inc., a multi-faceted real estate services group of companies, which under his guidance has been in business for 35 years and grown from the management of one 12-unit apartment building to being a leader in the New York and South Florida management markets. Leslie Kaminoff shares his expertise with co-op and condo owners, Boards, and professionals through frequent speaking engagements, seminars, and has served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University's Real Estate Institute by speaking on both the overall aspects of management as well as focusing on management within the real estate industry. His previous publications include How to Choose the Right Management Company for Your Residential Property and What to Expect from Your Property Manager along with numerous articles in industry publications and awards for excellence in management.
