It is designed to help anyone apply the methods provided in The Flow System covers a range of methods, techniques, and tools for complex environments, which will support any formal or informal training initiatives and self-study programs.
This playbook provides scaffolding for learning, consisting of three main phases:
- Learning the assembly of methods, techniques, and tools that make up The Flow System.
- Applying these assemblies of methods, that advances learning by guiding practitioners to experiment with each method.
- Identifying how to entangle the assembly of methods from each of the three helixes from the Triple Helix of Flow (complexity thinking, distributed leadership, and team science) to achieve a state of flow.
