Do you work a corporate job and hate it? Are you stuck in a box that society has shoved you into (and left you to die)? Breaking free from typical career conventions, Shanah Bell's THE ART OF BEING A PITA guides new adults through the ins-and-outs of living life the way they want to--the way no one talks about. Rejecting mainstream ideology that a nine-to-five workday is the only way to be successful, Shanah explains how she has made a happy, prosperous living by working multiple non-traditional jobs and side-grinds. Continually seeking new experiences and going against the grain has made her an absolute expert on adapting and diversifying--a valuable skill for any arena. From a time-line of jobs she's held and the lessons she's learned to a breakdown of basic financial steps every unconventional worker should take to secure their future, this book is the ultimate lifestyle guide to making and sustaining a happy, unorthodox life.
