After years of navigating her own ADHD challenges, Claire embraced it as a unique gift, creating a coaching methodology that blends scientific insights with holistic wellness practices. With a background in techniques like neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy, and motivational coaching, she empowers her clients to reframe their ADHD experience and unlock their full potential.
Claire shares coaching content online, offering wellness advice and practical ADHD management tips via her social platforms that reach millions worldwide. Alongside her coaching and content creation, she has founded and worked with good cause businesses and charities, furthering her mission of equality and positive impact.
