Your story is worth telling because you're worth talking about.
I'm going to guess you have something to say. You may not know how to say it or have the "right words." Someone (or your inner critic) may have told you that it's not worth it, that your story is probably too boring for anyone to care. So, you've thought once or twice (or a lot): "Should I even bother?"
The short answer is yes.
The intrinsic value of your words far outweighs what others may have to say. Put another way, it doesn't really matter if someone else thinks your story is interesting or "good." Your story is important because you're important. Full stop.
