Pujya Gurumā Samānanda Saraswati is a distinguished Vedānta āchārya devoted to making a difference in the lives of people. A founder of Samadarshan Āshram, Gandhinagar and Revā Āshram, Gurumā exemplifies the wisdom of Geetā and Vedāntic shāstra by her teachings and daily life. What touches her students is the depth of her knowledge, utter simplicity of explanation along with heartfelt oneness and peace.
A Surgical Gastroenterologist by profession, Dr. Sanjiv grew up in a family with spiritual roots. His childhood inclination to understand the timeless wisdom of shāstra led him to Gurumā in 2008. Since then, he and his wife Dr. Neebha have been regularly imbibing the knowledge of Vedānta shāstra and Geetā. From 2020, Sanjiv devoted to revising and contemplating on Gurumā's Geetā discourses and started sharing this knowledge in a simple audio-visual summary translated into English shared on his YouTube channel: @sharibhakti. This effort culminated in this book for beginners.
