Author Biography
MICHAEL SAMUELS, M.D., has used guided imagery with cancer patients for more than twenty-five years. He lectures and conducts workshops nationwide for patients, physicians, and nurses. Samuels is the author of eighteen previous books, including Healing with the Mind's Eye. He has appeared on Good Morning America, performing shamanic healing on a patient, as well as many other television and radio shows.
MARY ROCKWOOD LANE, Ph.D., is cofounder of the Arts in Medicine program at the University of Florida and founder of their artist in residency program. She is one of the world's leading authorities on spirituality and creativity in healthcare. With Michael Samuels, she is the coauthor of Spirit Body Healing.
