This book aims to help children and young people know more about themselves, build healthy self-esteem and self-confidence and to believe in themselves. We are currently in a world where children and young people are constantly bombarded with a lot of negative information daily that can make them question who they truly are. Having confidence in themselves will help them withstand the pressures of life. Some children have been exposed to bullying and are silently dealing with the side effect, this book will help them withstand and overcome the pressures and effects of their bullying experience, it will help lend them a voice, motivate them and keep them inspired. It is written in an easy tone that a child as young as 8 years old can understand it and a young person of 15 years old can relate too.
