Many of the reviewed nations' past and present leaders, and also the meddling powers partly blamed for the nations' frailties, may not be pleased with this retrospection; however it is not intended to discredit their nationalistic efforts but to cause re-evaluation of past policies and allow corrections going forward to allow global endurance in bliss safety at the next perhaps even worse pandemic.
