Cash runs the most cold-hearted crew on the streets of New York. When one of his little homies gets killed it's time to remind the whole borough that he is not to be f'kd with. But the killers of Cash's young gunner are not goofies by no means.

The police are investigating both street gangs but the boys in blue can't stop the bloodshed. Meanwhile bodies unconnected with this war are turning up so over the city. What is going on?
The cops have their hands full while mothers are crying and having to bury their sons and women and girlfriends of the beefing gang members are more likely to find death than love.
