Author Biography
Trina Claiborne is a published author, motivational speaker, healthy lifestyle coach, personal trainer and figure competitor. For more than 40 years she struggled with her weight due to a lack of knowledge on how nutrients and various types of exercise can have an impact on the body; which resulted in her yo-yo dieting. Growing up in Louisiana, she realized she was more "chubby" than her peers, and resorted to frequent bouts of near starvation diets coupled with long, high intensity aerobics. Over the years and after becoming exhausted, frustrated and sick of losing the same 15 to 20 pounds, she became obsessed with finding the truth to permanent weight loss. This is when she realized her emotional & spiritual deficits were the root cause of her yo-yo dieting. In her studies and research, she discovered two truths: 1 everything that exists in the natural realm was first created in the spiritual realm and 2. Although the human body is very complex, it is 100% predictable when it comes to weight loss. She believes when you overcome a battle, your winning strategy is your gift back to those fighting the same battle. She is passionate about helping women over 30 achieve weight loss goals they never dreamed possible. She use her life experiences, knowledge, gifts and programs to create solutions tailored to address a woman's genetics, her movement, hormonal imbalances, and desired weight loss goals
