Arvid J. Lukauskas is the Executive Director of the Program in Economic Policy Management at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
Yumiko Shimabukuro is Director of the Urban and Social Policy Concentration for the Executive MPA at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
