Author Biography
Robert is a speaker, writer, Tai Chi master, and meditation teacher. He was first introduced to meditation by a board certified physician with dual medical training (Western Medicine & Traditional Chinese Medicine) who later referred him to a Taoist monk. He studied with a Taoist monk for nine and a half years, and traveled extensively to Asia and Australia searching out and studying with other teachers. He has spent over a decade researching, studying, and collecting information on various meditation systems of Asia.
