A vegetarian for more than a decade, Shreya has discovered many tips, tricks, and techniques to create a vast variety of flavorful meatless dishes. She aspires to create a judgment-free zone for her audience to explore the richness and diversity of vegetarian cuisine, whether they are vegetarian, vegan, or simply plant-curious.
