MACKIE SHILSTONE is the author of Maximum Energy for Life, The Fat-Burning Bible, and Lose Your Love Handles. He is the Ochsner Health System's Performance Enhancement Expert and Director of Health and Fitness at the Ochsner Heart and Vascular Institute.
