Real change extends beyond individuals--it requires a shift in how we lead, collaborate, and shape systems. The second of this two-volume work delves into the power of collective leadership to drive systemic transformation. Featuring diverse contributions from the global IDG movement, it offers insights, tools, and stories that inspire action toward sustainability. Together, we can move beyond isolated efforts to co-create a future where inner development fuels lasting societal change.
The first volume From "I" to "We" complements the themes and issues raised here in a creative and explorative format.
