Adam Frost has won seven gold medals at RHS Chelsea Flower Show and is a television host for Gardeners' World. He is an RHS Ambassador and has established the Homebase Garden Academy, as well as designed a garden for the NHS. Adam recognizes that plants and gardening improve his life, and he discusses his honest, no-nonsense approach to his well-being and mental health on his tours. He has written about the link between health and gardening in Gardeners' World magazine.
