This work is both a theoretical and empirical analysis of the growing use of ideological control in business and administrative organizations. The empirical studies reported in this volume were conducted in different types of organizations and in different countries (Poland, the United States, and Sweden). HIZKIAS ASSEFA is Assistant Professor of Administration and Management, La Roche College, Graduate Program, Pittsburgh.
PAUL WAHRHAFTIG is President of the Conflict Resolution Center, Inc., in Pittsburg and a practicing mediator.
