The 2 translators are both well-versed in the many different aspects of Buddhism. Here they have reconstructed what their research believes is very near to the original "song-poems" sung in the streets of Lhasa for many years.. The 6th Dalai Lama's song-poems speak directly of Love & Sexuality, that "talks directly to the human heart".
Author Biography
Cayros Arlen Strang (born in the USA). is a polymath with interests that include: Ancient Egyptian and Greek cultures along with Tibet, China, & Japan. He has studied with teachers: Dr. Constantine Trypanis, Dr. Raphael Demos, Dr. Richard Plant, Dr. Medard Boss, Dr. Joseph Kaster, Joseph Campbell, The 14th Dalai Lama, Deshung Rinpoche, 16th Gyalwa Karmapa, and others, has played with (and learned from) Eddie "Son" House, Muddy Waters, Nehemiah "Skip" James, and others, and Samuel Beckett, John Azar (theatre), P. Richard Jameson (mysticism), Seymour Lipton, and Elizabeth Robbins Strang (sculpture and painting), and "Sky KIng" a hippy street musician, back in the day. He has lived in Great Britain, Paris France, and currently lives in the "Greater Northeast" of America. His involving works include: painting, musical composition, musique-concrete, and performance, writing nonfiction, fiction, poetry. and western and eastern mysticism. Also, he is deeply involved with what he calls, a "Mind-Creatorium of Endless Learning and Doing".
