PAUL BAMBRICK-SANTOYO is the Chief Schools Officer for Uncommon Schools and the Founder and Dean of the Leverage Leadership Institute. Over the last 15 years, Bambrick-Santoyo has personally led some of the highest achieving urban schools in the country while also training over 20,000 leaders worldwide in the best practices of instructional leadership.
