Coping with Epilepsy everyday with love & the right support is what gives me so much JOY.
Why did I create these amazing recipes?
With my epilepsy, I had to learn what I put into myself to build myself up, and I was ready to change for the sake of my wellbeing. It helped me have less seizures to the point where I'm not having them anymore.
