Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) is an inherited disorder of the adrenal glands. Its effects can be wide-ranging and serious-from problems of ambiguous genitalia in baby girls; to problems with growth and physical development; to problems with infertility and hormone imbalance.
