Tolbert Nyenswah, LLB, MPH, DrPH (SMYRNA, DE), is a senior research associate at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, an internationally recognized legal scholar, and a global public health expert. He is formerly the director general / chief executive officer of the National Public Health Institute, deputy minister of health of Liberia, and the assistant minister of health of the Republic of Liberia. Mardia Stone, MD, MPH (NEW YORK, NY), is a senior consultant and advisor in the Division of Global Psychiatry at the Boston University School of Medicine / Boston Medical Center. A global public health expert, she is formerly a World Health Organization consultant in emergency preparedness and an Ebola Response Team Coordinator, senior and technical advisor to the Incident Manager of Liberia's National Ebola Response and to the director general / chief executive officer of the National Public Health Institute of Liberia. She is the author of Konkai: Living between Two Worlds.
