Author Biography
Debra Ann Cantrell, Ph.D. is an adult educator who leads workshops and seminars for those seeking balance and wellness at work and play. She also conducts workshops for individuals and couples who are contemplating major lifestyle changes. She and her husband spend about six months of each year afloat.
