Real People. Real Tools. Real Work.
One in five people in today's workplaces is neurodivergent-living with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, OCD, Tourette syndrome, and more-so most of us already work in neurodiverse teams. What many workplaces still lack is a practical playbook that turns this neurodiversity into an organizational strength and helps every team member thrive.
Bridging the Gap is that playbook: A field-tested, strengths-based guide that shows managers, human resources leaders, university career centers, and neurodivergent professionals exactly how to onboard, collaborate, and grow-without guesswork. Instead of cataloging what's broken, it delivers simple tools you can use immediately to succeed on the job, whether you're a seasoned manager or the team's newest employee.
Grounded in real-world experience, Bridging the Gap draws on veteran change-management leader Lee Judson's decades of work in private practice, hospitals, and the medical device and insurance industries. As a neurodivergent professional and coach to neurodivergent employees and leaders, she brings empathy, humor, and a practical structure to the challenges of change.
Bridging the Gap is ideal for:
- Managers and team leads seeking a pragmatic, repeatable approach to neuroinclusive leadership
- Neurodivergent job seekers and early-career professionals who want scripts, tools, and confidence to succeed
- University career centers and job coaches preparing students and new grads for today's workplaces
- HR, talent, and accessibility professionals ready to roll out proven practices across their organizations
- Families and mentors supporting the transition into first jobs and beyond
With Judson's advice, you'll be prepared to succeed at work-whether you're a neurodivergent person in your first professional job or a manager designing systems that help people thrive.
If you've ever wondered, "Is it just me?", Bridging the Gap answers: No-and here's exactly what you can do about it.
