When this book's main character turned nine years old, she was happy because that meant one special thing: her first time to have a sleepover with a friend at her own home. All little girls look forward to their first sleepover with glee. The excited girls took a bubble bath and ate pizza while they watched TV. They colored pictures and taped them to the playroom's walls for a collage of cats, houses, and flowers. They talked and read books.
