If you or someone you love has been the victim of a truck-related accident, it is my hope that this book will provide you with the information you need if you're considering a lawsuit.
Truck drivers are driving vehicles that weigh more than 20 times your average sedan.
If that isn't enough, trucking cases are vigorously defended by powerful companies and their insurers who begin to build their defense while most trucking crash victims are just coming out of surgery. As the victim of a truck crash, you deserve the same swift, knowledgeable and vigorous representation. Unlike many law firms, Shannon Law Group is not a settlement mill. We are trial lawyers and that means we have the opportunity to tell our clients' stories-and not to insurance companies-but to a jury of twelve people, making certain that the victim's story is heard.
In this book, you will learn how vital it is to: Engage an Attorney as Early as Possible; Avoid Talking to Insurance Companies; Begin to Collect Items for Trial; Be Smart About Social Media; Collect Medical Records and Bills for your Attorney; Memorialize Your Experiences in a Memo to Your Attorney; Check Your Insurance Policy for Medical Payment Coverage
