With a continuous increase in renewable energy in power systems, technologies such as grid control and optimization, energy storage planning, and wind power forecasting have become increasingly important. These technologies can help realize the sustainable development of the power system. Therefore, how can we safely and economically reduce the grid connection losses of new energy generation systems and new energy? Exploring the ability of power generation systems to actively participate in voltage regulation control has become a popular topic in power systems and new energy generation. The purpose of power grid control and optimization is to ensure the stability and reliability of the power system through real-time monitoring and adjusting the power grid's operation. The purpose of energy storage planning is to optimize the power system's energy storage capacity and distribution to meet the load demand and respond to emergencies. The significant deviation between the two will increase the grid's real-time scheduling demand. The purpose of wind power prediction is to predict the future wind speed and wind energy using meteorology, statistics, and machine learning methods to optimize the planning and scheduling of wind power generation. The topic involves many fields, including power systems, energy storage technology, meteorology, statistics, and machine learning. Through relevant research, the challenges faced by the power system can be effectively solved, and the sustainable development of the power industry can be promoted.
