The innocent and the deceived will be set free and empowered as they read this life changing book. For far too long people have experienced abuse in the church and have been assigned to a place of secrecy and shame. Hurt and disillusioned, multitudes have left the church. Their tragic stories are related in Abused by the Church so that healing, restoration and reform can take place. This is the hour when those things done in secret must be exposed to the light. Because generalities will neither convince nor convict, specific examples of abuse and injustice are presented. It is the time for genuine change--for justice to rule in the place of tyranny. The hour is at hand for Christ's wounded ones to be healed and restored to the Church. Those who have wandered off the path of servant leadership will be ushered back behind Christ where they can retrieve their destiny. As they read this work a fresh passion for Him and for His purposes will fill their heart. Those previously disheartened or fallen leaders will be called to assemble and take their place as generals in His end time army. Victims will become victors Donna Rigney and her husband Jack are pastors of a non-denominational church in North-central Florida. They also serve as ministers at a youth detention facility and travel extensively to share the message of the Gospel. A successful playwright, inspirational speaker and author, Donna has previously written the very impacting prophetic book, The Mysteries of Heaven and Hell Revealed.
