After studying in the US and working in Singapore, she settled in Paris, France where she opened her coffee shop, Bing Sutt. This is her debut book, encapsulating her passion for Hong Kong's food traditions and flavors.
ADA DESCHANEL is a food stylist based in Paris, France specializingin creating visually stunning culinary presentations. She has collaborated with renowned professionals and worked during Paris Fashion Weeks, honing her skills in diverse culinary techniques.
