Shawn Lipton has been advising students and professionals about how to effectively network for the last seven years. He has coached thousands of individuals in developing effective strategies and the requisite motivation to land their ideal job through building long-standing, mutually beneficial, trusting relationships. Prior to starting his own company, The Trusted Coach (www.thetrustedcoach.com) and serving as assistant dean of the Center for Professional Development at the Seattle University School of Law, Shawn spent considerable time in China and Taiwan working, studying, and traveling throughout Asia. He speaks Mandarin Chinese fluently. Shawn is also the author of a spy novel, China's Master Plan.
