David Kerley's life is filled with ups and downs, just like everyone else's. While comparing it to the characters' lives in the famous film, It's a Wonderful Life, Kerley travels through his past and reveals the importance hidden behind every laugh, cry, and fleeting moment. His experiences, both good and bad, revealed to him that life truly is wonderful. David Kerley is a retired environmental health specialist (or health inspector, to most people). He lives in North Carolina with his wonderful wife Denise and their seven cats. David enjoys reading fiction, and performing in community theatre. David performed a one person show in 2021, portraying over thirty characters from the beloved film, It's a Wonderful Life. One week before, the Lord placed on his heart to tell some of his life's stories ---- some funny, some tragic, and others revealing his faults, flaws, and failures. Through this journey, David realized how wonderful his life has been, even when he wasn't fully aware at the time. The miraculous revelation he discovered is that God never left him, even if he turned away.
