"Wouldn't it be good to have a national Mind's Health Day and finally try to eradicate that terminology 'mental health'?"
Discover the true 39-year journey of a man's life through his struggles with the mind's health, from a young boy growing up with a racist, arrogant, bullying, drunken father and its impact on his life, both as a boy and into adulthood. Exploring the trials of one man's marriage, career, and family life, join the discussion about 'mental health' and the stigma that this phrase causes.
Explore the psychology behind the characters he meets and the behaviours of these characters as they have a profound impact on his life. Get a greater understanding of the people in your own life and a better understanding of the types of characters they are and what effect they can have on you, as the author did in these 39 years, and hopefully gain a method for having a more fulfilled life for yourself.
