Simon, M.D., is Associate Director of the Center for Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Disorders at Massachusetts General Hospital, and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. Bunmi O. Olatunji, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Psychology at Vanderbilt University. Sharon C.
