Her first novel, \u003cb\u003eDaisy Fay and the Miracle Man\u003c\/b\u003e, spent ten weeks on The New York Times paperback bestseller list, and her second novel, \u003cb\u003eFried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Cafe \u003c\/b\u003e, spent thirty-six weeks on the same list.
