He has practised with Clifford Chance since 2003 and recently worked at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as a Senior Counsel and Associate Director. Rafal was a University Lecturer in Corporate Law and Transactions at the University of Cambridge, where he established a graduate course on corporate transactions, and has taught at St Hugh's College at the University of Oxford.
